Owners Jack and Florence Donker opened October 2008 with a vision of creating an ultimate barbecue experience.  Low and slow smoking makes the meat tender and juicy. Jack brings his love and passion to every dish he creates. 

Jack opened the doors of Fat Jack's SmokeStack BBQ in October of 2008. Both Jack and Florence wanted to prepare each dish with an infusion of patience, passion and love with a homemade flair. It has always been our dream to serve good food to good people.
